I don't think he looks stereotypical. Your art style looks too unique for that. Unless his skills are like, he can get wings at any time and sparkle and only howls when it's full moon and never during the day?
I don't know much about Chad's personality and story, but I know that this picture is very fun to look at. :)

At least that isn't even the most stereotypical bad guy wolf pack leader I've seen in modern animated movies (Niko - Way to the Stars in fact, that was sad).
